What We Do
I am an attorney and investment consultant whose practice is dedicated to helping you stay wealthy. I use both traditional and cutting edge strategies to protect your assets from taxes, lawsuits, and bad decisions. My law practice uses trusts, wills, LLCs and other entities to take care of your assets and potential liabilities.
On the investment side, I use asset management strategies designed to protect and grow your money in any market environment. I steer my clients away from long term, hard to liquidate investments. I rarely make money from commissions, trails, or any other direct sales based compensation, and when I do, it is always with full and detailed disclosure. My revenue comes from happy, sophisticated clients who find that paying fees for professional advice is well worth it (and usually much less expensive to them than a traditional sales commission relationship).
I am very good at explaining and illustrating complex topics; the hallmark of my practice is education - I firmly believe that the more you understand your options, the better decisions you'll make.
