What We Do

Welcome to Safety & Equipment Operator Certification Of South Florida!

We are a small safety school, dedicated to training construction industry employees in OSHA & MSHA safety and heavy equipment and crane operation. We can help you create the best safety systems for your company's particular situation.

It is our desire that all of our clients be as safety conscientious as possible. At the Safety School we aim to keep the workforce safe by training employees in proper equipment use and all safety techniques.

Training can be conducted in numerous locations, such as contractor and company facilities, project sites, and secondary, post-secondary, vocational and technical schools. In addition, the process can be used to implement a wide range of training methodologies that range from traditional craft or apprenticeship training through task and multi-skills training. Online training will be available very soon.

The school maintains three mobile classrooms and two classrooms at our office. Through our accreditation by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) we are required to ensure that a standardized quality education is provided for all construction trainees.

Safety classes offered:

* Concrete Finishing
* Construction Math
* Field Safety
* Highway / Heavy Construction
* Introductory Skills for the Crew Leader
* Mobile Crane Operation
* MSHA Safety
* OSHA Safety
* Project Management
* Safety Orientation
* Site Layout
* Construction English/Spanish
* Construction Trade Communication Skills

The training process itself is portable, meaning that the knowledge and skills learned by students as workers are taken from project to project, from state to state, and also from company to company regardless of type and size. Any individual, successfully completing any NCCER standardized construction, maintenance or safety training program conducted by an accredited organization, is entered into a National Registry. This registry records training completions and issues, appropriate credentials for NCCER craft / technician training, safety training and management education.

The Safety School will provide OSHA and/or MSHA site inspections monthly or quarterly, as well as accident or injury investigations. Third Party Annual Crane inspections are also available. A written report with photos, as necessary, will accompany the service. It is suggested that a supervisor or foreman be present during the inspection to increase comprehension of the written report by the client.

Paul E. Neumeister, Jr., President and John Tullos, Vice President of Program Development and Training both have over thirty years of experience in the Safety and Security Management in the Construction and Industrial industries.
